Our Level 3 Travel and Tourism students recently attended a training day at the aviation training institute, SkyPeople Training Academy. The students participated in an immersive purpose-built airline training experience, in which they were able to learn from world class instructors, gaining an insight into the world of aviation.
The day consisted of a range of activities for our students, from fire and smoke training, planned emergency and evacuation to a first aid workshop. This experience helped our students to learn the skills necessary to progress into the travel and tourism industry. These activities allowed our students to work as part of a team, developing their communication and teamwork skills.
