Our recent Hairdressing and Barbering Inter-Competition was a great chance for students to show their skills and creativity. There was some fantastic work across all levels, and the judges had a tough job choosing the winners.
The event gave students the opportunity to put their learning into practice.
Congratulations to Alex (Level 2 Barbering student) and Olivia (Level 2 Hairdressing student) on their wins.
While Level 1 students were not part of the competition, Sam received a special mention for his independent work, which impressed the judges and showed great potential.
The event also featured a Catwalk presentation, with students creating full looks inspired by a Movie Icon using hair, makeup and styling. The competition was a great way for students to build confidence and showcase their progress.
Well done to all students who took part, and a big thank you to our judges Sam, Wayne and Kapil for their time and support.
