Patisserie requires a mastery of technique combined with plenty of imagination. The aim of this course is to enable you to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to produce patisserie and confectionery products to a professional standard.

  • Entry Criteria

    This course is for students progressing from the Level 2 Certificate.

  • What will I study?

    The qualification aims to develop your skills and techniques to a high level. Covering different units - including hot sweets, cold sweets, fermented goods, pastes, confectionery items - and theory to support these.

    If you are aged 24 and over, your fees for this course will be £1,645. You may be able to apply for a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan from the Government to help with the costs for your course.   • Future Prospects
