We have an exciting opportunity for an individual aspiring to go into a management role to join the Schools of Construction and Engineering at Luton. We are looking for an inspirational, visionary and dynamic individual who will work closely with the Heads of School across the management and quality of all curriculum provision including full time, part time and Apprenticeships.

A vital part of the role will be to support the management of people, quality assurance and improvement activities, employer engagement and curriculum development.  Previous experience of these activities within a Construction and Engineering context are desirable.  Internal / External Quality Assessor qualifications are desirable.  

The ideal candidate will have highly effective organisational skills and substantial experience of working within a Construction and Engineering curriculum setting. You will be a committed individual with the drive and passion to be innovative and to motivate a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for students, employers and other key stakeholders.

The role will involve working closely with existing employers and establishing new partnerships that supports curriculum development, design and new apprenticeships opportunities. 

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week and based at our Luton Campus. The closing date for applications is Sunday 21st June 2026. Interviews will be held week commencing 29th June 2026.
