Everything from fine art and fashion to filmmaking, animation and game design, the show gave students the chance to share the projects they’ve worked on throughout the year. There was a wide mix of work on display, original short films, fashion collections, 3D design work, and much more.
Visitors could also see the creative process behind the finished outcomes, with sketchbooks and research work displayed alongside final pieces. Each student curated their own area, helping to give the exhibition a personal and professional feel.
The show was well attended by family, friends and staff all keen to see the range of ideas and talent across the different courses.
Alan Smallwood, Head of Art & Design, said:
“It’s a really amazing exhibition of their work. It shows where the students have got to by the end of their qualification.”
The End of Year Show is a key event in the creative calendar at the College and a great opportunity for students to celebrate what they’ve achieved and look ahead to their next steps.
