The Skills Gap.

The ‘Health and Social Care Skills Gap’ refers to a shortage of individuals with the necessary skills to fill roles in the sector. There have been over 100,000 care worker vacancies in the UK reported in recent years and soaring demand across the sector. With over 350 different roles across the sector, there are many rewarding roles to choose from.
