The Skills Gap.

The ‘Health and Social Care Skills Gap’ refers to a shortage of individuals with the necessary skills to fill roles in the sector. There are over 100,000 care worker vacancies in the UK and soaring demand across the sector. With over 350 different roles across the sector, there are many rewarding roles to choose from.
