What will I study?
• Introduction to White, Milk and Dark Chocolate
• How to temper using microwave and bain-marie
• Truffles (ganache, dipped and rolled)
• Filled moulded chocolates (salted caramel – premade)
• 100g bar of chocolate decorated
• 40g bars of chocolate with inclusions
• Chocolate lollipops using transfer sheets
• All with a Valentine style -
