This course requires you to have completed the Level 2 Cake Decoration course prior to booking. Alternatively, if you believe you have relevant previous experience then please contact us to arrange a skills assessment.

• Chocolate Transfers
• Making Chocolate Paste and Modelling Flowers
• Piping Chocolate Decorations
• Making a Designer Decorated Chocolate CakeChef's whites or other appropriate protective clothing will be required, together with tools and materials as specified by and agreed with your tutor.
