This course builds on the skills that applicants will have begun to develop when taking the Level 1 course, including all aspects of Royal Icing.

Chef's whites or other appropriate protective clothing will be required, together with tools and materials as specified by and agreed with your tutor.

    This course requires students to have completed the Level 1 Cake Decoration prior to booking, alternatively if you believe you have prior experience then please contact us to arrange a brief skills assessment.
