    There are no formal entry requirements for this course but a passion for baking is great!

  • What will I study?

    Week 1 – Classic tea:

    • Victoria sponge - Homemade jam - Butter cream
    • Pistachio macaroons

    Week 2 – Old school English:

    • Apple and blackberry crumble - Homemade custard
    • Chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding

    Week 3 – French:

    • Black cherry Clafoutis
    • Raspberry and white chocolate creme brulee

    Week 4 – Steamed sponge and pudding:

    • Spotted dick
    • Steamed treacle sponge

    Week 5 – Set desserts:

    • White chocolate and Baileys cheesecake
    • Lavender mousse with hokey pokey
