What will I study?
Week 1 – Classic tea:
- Victoria sponge - Homemade jam - Butter cream
- Pistachio macaroons
Week 2 – Old school English:
- Apple and blackberry crumble - Homemade custard
- Chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding
Week 3 – French:
- Black cherry Clafoutis
- Raspberry and white chocolate creme brulee
Week 4 – Steamed sponge and pudding:
- Spotted dick
- Steamed treacle sponge
Week 5 – Set desserts:
- White chocolate and Baileys cheesecake
- Lavender mousse with hokey pokey
