Cover dishes from Thailand, China, Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia
Recreate dishes including Massaman Curry, Crispy Aromatic Duck, Beef Redang, Khmer Chicken, Sates, Spring Rolls, Bang Bang, Laksa and Pad Thai
Cooking with ingredients such as Beef, Duck, Chicken, Prawns, Noodles and Rice, Banana Leaves, Coconut, Mango & Tamarind.
