  • Entry Criteria

    There are no formal entry criteria for this course. However, some drawing skills would be useful.

  • What will I study?

    When starting the course you should come to the first session with some design ideas you may wish to develop. The content may vary and be adapted to meet the abilities and needs of the class.


    You will learn a variety of printmaking skills including:

    • Monoprinting – drawing directly on to inked surfaces and printing
    • Simple silk screen printing
    • Etching and aquatint
    • Dry point etching
    • Lino–cut and wood cut

    No traditional letterpress printing is available
