Duration – 18-24 Months
Whether you are starting out in the trade or progressing from a Level 2 qualification this could be the path for you. The primary role of a Property Maintenance Operative is to optimise property condition and quality and to ensure the building is kept in a safe working condition. PMOs need to maintain a high level of quality, providing maximum satisfaction to customers, clients, guests, and their teams. Working with fully trained operatives, you will be mentored, enabling you to gain knowledge, skills and behaviours in the industry, that will put you on the path to success.

Entry Criteria
English and Maths GCSE 4 or above and be working towards Level 2 after initial assessments and diagnostics in these subjects. You’ll also need paid employment for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Future Prospects
Progress into Industry as a fully qualified Property Maintenance Operative, or advance onto Level 3 Facilities Management or Level 2 Trade Training.
