Entry Criteria
You will need to have GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths. You should also have an interest in IT and digital systems, good computer literacy and good problem-solving skills.

What will I study?
During the programme, apprentices will study:
- IT systems and hardware
- Networking fundamentals
- Cybersecurity principles
- Cloud services and data management
- Software installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Customer service and communication skills
- Business processes and digital environments
- Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
Training includes both workplace learning and structured off-the-job training with the college.
To successfully complete the apprenticeship, apprentices must:
- Demonstrate competence in the workplace
- Complete a portfolio of evidence
- Pass required knowledge tests or exams
- Achieve Functional Skills in Maths and English (if needed)
- Successfully complete the End-Point Assessment (EPA), which may include a practical assessment and professional discussion
