We are currently looking for flexible, well organised individuals to join our team of Examination Invigilators to work on a casual basis throughout the year.

We are looking for Invigilators to work across the college group at our Watford campus, Hemel Hempstead campus and Barnfield College in Luton. Experience is not essential as full training will be given.

The key focus of this position is to supervise examination invigilation and ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures are followed during an examination session.

Candidates must be well organised, confident in dealing with young people and able to remain calm under pressure.

Training

All successful applicants must attend one of the below mandatory in person training sessions:

Monday 20th April: 10am - 11:30am at the Watford Campus
Monday 20th April: 2:00pm – 3:30pm at the Hemel Campus
Tuesday 21st April: 10am – 11:30am at the Luton Campus

Training can be attended at any of the three campuses regardless of where you are available to invigilate.

You must also complete three modules on the Exams Office before your first scheduled day of invigilation. Your account details will be provided once you are onboarded.

Availability

Whilst there will be the possibility of other exams, the five GCSE dates that you will need to be available for are as follows:

Thursday 14th May 2026 - Maths Paper 1

Thursday 21st May 2026 - English Paper 1

Wednesday 3rd June 2026 - Maths Paper 2

Friday 5th June 2026 - English Paper 2

Wednesday 10th June 2026 - Maths Paper 3

For our GCSE exams we will require you to be on site from 08:30am.
