Our success rates:
- 9/10 of all full-time students taking long qualifications succeeded (national average 81%)
- 96% of all students on short qualifications succeeded (National average 88%)
- 93% of students taking degree studies achieved their qualification
Student destinations
We have high expectations for the next steps our students take after completing their qualifications and courses with us. The vast majority (97% in 2019*) go on to intended, positive destinations:

- Volunteering or similar
One in four students goes straight into employment, with the vast majority taking up positions in sectors and roles directly relevant to the skills they developed with us. In 2019, 80% joined businesses and organisations based in Hertfordshire, contributing directly to growth and productivity in our home County.
