Congratulations on securing your offer, you’re almost ready to go!

Here you'll find everything you need to know to go from offer holder to college student, exciting isn’t it? A fresh start, a whole new set of opportunities and a chance to focus on your future, it’s all right around the corner.

You’re so close to joining us. Here's the few simple steps to enrol at college:

  • 1. Complete your online pre-enrolment form

    Monday 10 August we will email you with your unique link to the online pre-enrolment form. Please complete this form by Monday 17 August to confirm your acceptance of your offer.

    Important reminder: If you’re holding more than one offer, you must choose just one programme of study to enrol on.

    Please have the following ready to upload your enrolment form:
    • Photo ID (a photo or scan is accepted)
    • A portrait photo of you for your Student ID badge

     

  • 2. Attend your on-campus enrolment session

    To finalise your enrolment, you need to attend your on-campus enrolment session to meet your tutors, learn about your timetable, collect your ID badge and sign your learning agreement. You will receive the date and time of your on-campus enrolment session in your joining pack.

    Please bring the following with you to your on-campus enrolment session:
    • Results and certificates (digital copies are accepted)
    • Photo ID (if you’re not a British national you’ll need residency documents)
    • Any other supporting information (e.g. EHCP)

    If you're unable to make your on-campus enrolment session please contact our Admissions team on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 01923 812345 to let us know as soon as possible. It is important you still complete your online pre-enrolment form to confirm your acceptance of your offer. If you do not complete your online pre-enrolment form and do not notify us that you can not attend your on-campus enrolment session we will assume you are no longer interested and your place will be released.

  • 3. Get started

    Term starts from Thursday 3 September 2026, your first day and timetable will be released to you after you have completed your enrolment and group details are finalised.

    Depending on your course timetable, your first day will be one of the following Thursday 3, Friday 4, Monday 7, Tuesday 8 or Wednesday 9 September.

If you’ve got more than one offer of a place, then it’s time to make your decision on what you plan to study in September. If you’re still undecided on your first choice then don’t worry, you can contact our admissions team on 01923 812345. The team are here all summer right throughout the summer so you do not need to wait until GCSE Results Day to get advice and guidance.
