We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant and Carer to join the Foundation Studies team, providing support in a wide range of programmes for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.

As a key part of this specialist team, the successful candidate will be helping to support the delivery of personalised learning opportunities. You will assist learners who require one to one support to experience all aspects of College life, including practical personal care.

You will need to be flexible, working well as part of a team to respond dynamically to individual student needs to help remove barriers and support our learners to flourish and build their independence.

The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of working with young people and/or adults who have diverse learning needs and/or disabilities. You will be a qualified and experienced First Aider with the relevant care training and qualifications.

Working with a diverse range of students, a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills is essential. 

This role is term-time only, working 37 hours per week, 35 weeks per year at our Watford Campus.

The closing date for applications is Friday 14th August 2026 with interviews being held from the week beginning Monday 24th August 2026.
