UCAS Extra information and deadlines
If you’ve applied for university through UCAS, have received decisions from all five universities and colleges and weren’t accepted, or if you chose to decline the offers you received, you might be eligible for UCAS Extra.
Extra is a free service that enables you to apply to one course at a time from now until early July, and will show up as a button when you sign into Track if it’s available to you.
If you’re offered a place you want, you just need to accept it in Track by the date shown. If you decline your offer, or you don’t get a decision within 21 days, you’ll then be able to add another choice. It might take universities and colleges longer than 21 days to reply – they have until midnight on 16 July to make their decisions – but it’s up to you whether to wait or replace them with a different choice.
UCAS Extra closes on 4 July 2016.
Our higher education courses are specifically tailored to the needs of employers and will provide you with the essential skills to find a job or progress to an Honours degree. All our Foundation degrees are validated and awarded by the University of Hertfordshire and our HNDs are awarded by Pearsons (Edexcel).
