Supported Internship Student Success

Foundation Studies student Robbie Cahill welcomed his John Lewis managers to the College for a visit, and they were extremely impressed by the facilities, environment and hard work of our students.

Robbie has gained experience working at John Lewis in Brent Cross on the Supported Internship course. He has had an extremely successful academic year and has thrived in his role and is now an official John Lewis partner working in Customer Collections.

A Supported Internship is specifically aimed at young people aged 16-24 who have a statement of special educational needs, a Learning Difficulty Assessment, or an Education Health and Care plan, who want to move into employment and need extra support to do so.
