SafeGuard Body Armour Donate a Bullet Proof Vest
West Herts College has received a donation from SafeGuard Clothing for use in its Public Services courses. The bullet proof vest will be used to provide insight into the purposes of use, and helping students prepare for future careers.

As part of their work with local and regional colleges, SafeGuard has made it a priority to provide guidance on the delivery of industry know-how and technology advancement to give students a unique insight in body armour use, manufacture and mechanics that will help them later in their career.
Thomas Bowman, speaking on behalf of SafeGuard Clothing, said: “We are happy to be working with West Herts College and assist them with providing students with a better understanding of the working mechanics of our bulletproof vests. We believe this gives them a unique advantage when pursuing a career in the public services field.”
This is a donation made by SafeGuard under their initiative to support local and regional colleges in enhancing the quality of their educational programmes.
