How to secure your place at West Herts College
It’s now time to get excited about joining us at West Herts College, this year we’re providing you with the opportunity to enrol online or on campus.
GCSE Results Day – Thursday 20 August
After collecting your results on Thursday 20 August, you’ll be able to enrol online or on campus.
If you’ve applied to study with us already you’ll receive information in the post with all the details you need to enrol.
If you haven’t applied, there’s still time to do so – simply visit the School Leavers page of our website and submit your application, our admissions team will then be in touch with all the details on how to secure your place.
You can check the entry criteria for your course also on the School Leavers course page. If you didn’t get the grades you were hoping for or would like to study a different course, then drop in to campus or get in touch as soon as you can.
To enrol you’ll need:
• A photo for your student ID saved on the device you’ll be completing the enrolment form on
• Passport or birth certificate
• National insurance number and your GCSE certificates (or other formal qualifications should you have completed at school).
This year we’re delighted to say that enrolment will be available online – starting at West Herts College just got easier!
If you have applied before GCSE results day (Thursday 20 August) we will send you a link by email to access our online enrolment hub for your chosen course. If you meet the entry criteria you’ll be able to enrol directly onto the course, you will need to provide the evidence listed above to guarantee your place. When enrolling online, you will still be able to talk to our tutors or support staff by giving us a call or using our web chat service, so make sure to ask us any questions you might have.
Once you’ve completed the form our team will process the enrolment and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Your confirmation email will include details of how to log on to our study portal, how and when to take your English and maths assessment and how to check your provisional timetable.
