HEFCE conducts Annual provider review on West Herts College
West Herts College were recently reviewed by HEFCE as part of their annual provider review process, the College is delighted to announce that it fully meets the requirements for quality and standards in Higher Education.
According to the HEFCE West Herts College fully meets HEFCE’s requirements for quality and standards. This means that:
- Qualification standards are reliable and reasonably comparable to those across the UK;
- The student academic experience is of high quality;
- Student outcomes are generally good or excellent and the provider has demonstrated continuous improvement in relation to them.
Scott Isaacs, Director of Higher Level Learning at the College, was pleased to see that the hard work staff had been investing has once again been formally recognised. “It gives me great pleasure to see that the annual provider review process led by HEFCE has recognised the quality and standards of Higher Education here at West Herts. Our tutors and support staff work tirelessly to ensure that all of our HE students are given the best opportunity to succeed, and as recognised by the HEFCE, student outcomes are reflected in this by being good or excellent.”
