We have an opportunity for a full time Training Consultant to join our Apprenticeships team delivering training in Plumbing and Gas.
We are looking for an experienced individual in the Plumbing sector with an interest in sharing their skills and knowledge on to others and developing a career in training. This could be the next step for someone who is looking to get off the tools and into training.
The work involves delivery of key Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours in college and the workplace, together with onsite assessments in the workplace (currently completed remotely). Working together with Leaners and Employers in preparation for End Point Assessments.
You will use College systems to ensure student data, targets and all communication is well managed and up to date, supporting key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for using interactive and online learning techniques to facilitate learner progress and achievement.
Joining our successful team the ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Plumbing and Heating and a Domestic Gas qualification. Assessor qualification and verifier qualifications are desirable although full training is offered.

This is a full-time post working 37hours per week based at our industry specific facility in Hemel Hempstead.
