This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic manager to drive the implementation and delivery of technical services across four campuses. 

You will be experienced in leading and managing IT services and have both the technical and people skills to deliver. Alongside maintaining the network infrastructure and cyber security, managing IT hardware and software, and guiding investment in the best technology, you will be responsible for leading high quality customer focused support services for staff and students. 

As a member of the senior management team you will have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable working across all levels. Ideally suited to a proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised person, you will have a positive approach to problem solving and the ability to work flexibly to meet changing needs of an ambitious College.

You will have a broad range of operational skills and be able to organise, motivate and lead the team of IT engineers and technicians in a busy environment.  The College prides itself on delivering excellent customer service, so outstanding communication skills and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally are an essential requirement.

You will be educated to degree level or have gained relevant and substantial experience in your current role. This post is based at the Watford Campus, but the IT team delivers a cross-college service therefore the post holder will be required to work across our Hemel and Luton campuses.
