We are looking for a full time Support Technician suitable for a skilled individual with a great work ethic.  

As part of your role you will be responsible for implementing, administering and supporting all IT services and network resources.

You must be able to demonstrate a good level of competency for troubleshooting in a second line role as well as having technical proficiency for installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software in a network environment. You will also need the ability to diagnose, evaluate and devise solutions. Ideally, you will have some experience of imaging using SCCM and knowledgeable in OSX.

Based primarily at Barnfield College Luton, you will work as part of a team, to provide technical support for curriculum staff and business support in addition to students.

The successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as within a team and organisation and time management skills are essential for this role.

You will have experience working within a similar role and relevant qualifications will be advantageous
