An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Business for a Lecturer in Law.

The successful candidate must have the capacity and ability to manage the progress of learners across all levels and support their pastoral needs whilst monitoring course specific KPI’s.

You will be required to hold a relevant degree and will require experience in practising law. An example of modules that are required to be delivered are Advocacy, Legal drafting, and Criminal law across.

You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses. The successful candidate must be confident that they can contribute to and improve our team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible; student-centred and be a strong role model for our students.

A relevant degree is a requirement and a teaching qualification is desirable, although full training to obtain this will be provided. You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.

This role is a part-time role, working 18.5 hours a week at our Watford Campus.

We intend to hold interviews on Wednesday 4 November 2020.

The successful candidate will join the School of Business, reporting to Head of School Samantha Takis.
