An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Business for a Lecturer in Business to teach all levels.

The successful candidate must have the capacity and ability to manage the progress of learners across all levels and support their pastoral needs whilst monitoring course specific KPI’s.

You will be required to teach mainly on Level 3 Business modules such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Law.

You must also have excellent knowledge and understanding of Pearson BTEC new qualification, exams and assessments.

You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford and Hemel campuses. The successful candidate must be confident that they can contribute to and improve our team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible; student-centred and be a strong role model for our students.

A relevant degree is a requirement and a teaching qualification is desirable, although full training to obtain this will be provided. You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.

The closing date for applications is Friday 9 August 2019 with interviews taking place on Wednesday 21 August.

We would be looking for the successful candidate to start immediately in readiness for the new academic year.

The successful candidate will join the School of Business, reporting to Head of School Samantha Takis.
