The School of Sport and Travel is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join our successful team as an Hourly Paid Lecturer on a fixed term basis until June 2021.

We are looking for an Hourly Paid Lecturer who is passionate about making a difference to the lives and careers of our students.

The successful candidate will be capable of developing a wide range of learning materials which engage and stimulate students. You must be confident that you can contribute to a team that is always striving to improve.

You will be teaching and supporting across a range of Sport Programmes including Careers in sports industry, Analysis of Sports Performance, Sports coaching, Organising a sports event, work experience in sport & additional qualifications from Level’s 2 to 3. The successful candidate should have a good level of industry experience in sport or sport science that can be shared within the classroom environment. You will be teaching/supporting approximately 10 hours a week spread over a number of days.

You will join a vibrant and high-performing team, working in our well-equipped facilities at our Watford campus and should be equally comfortable teaching practical and theory.

The team and our students already benefit from excellent links with local employers, but any opportunity to further these links is always welcomed.
