​We are looking to recruit an Hourly Paid Counselling Lecturer who can use their knowledge to build on the achievements of our counselling students and join our professional team.

Our counselling students have had outstanding success and progression rates over the recent years and we want to continue to build on this. This post requires a highly motivated and flexible hourly paid lecturer to become an integral part of our counselling teaching team.

You will teach on our Level 2 to Level 4 CPCAB programmes and be committed to assisting our adult learners achieve their true potential and exceeding their expectations.

This role requires an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

The successful applicant should be an experienced qualified practitioner with a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Counselling or equivalent.  You will need to currently be in clinical supervised practice and have been for at least three years. Previous experience of teaching counselling at Level 4 is required.

This is an hourly paid, fixed term position starting from September 2021. This role will require you to teach at our Hemel Hempstead and/or Barnfield Campus in Luton.

The successful candidate will join the School of Professional & Community Learning, reporting to Head of School Afsha Khan.
