An exciting part time opportunity has arisen joining Together Training teaching on CIPD and Management programmes.

We are looking for a well-qualified professional to teach up to Level 5 CIPD programmes. You should be educated to post-graduate level to enable you to teach up to Level 7, have substantial HR industry experience and a desire to pass this knowledge and experience on to our CIPD students. You will be confident in the delivery and assessment of the core and optional modules included in these qualifications.

In addition to this, the role will include the delivery and assessment of Level 3 and 5 CIPD and leadership and management apprentices. You will be adept in delivering a high standard of teaching and learning both in a College and workplace environment. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work flexibly to ensure the progress and achievement of both learners and apprentices.

You will join an expert, well-established teaching team. Ideally, you will hold a recognised teaching qualification, although full training is available if you are not yet qualified.
