Together Training have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Assessor delivering training and supporting apprentices in masterclasses and the workplace.

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to deliver on our Cyber Security Technology level 4, Infrastructure Technician level 3 and Network Engineer level 4 as well as some level 2 provisions. You will utilise your experience and knowledge to guide these learners through their qualification and assist them to achieving to their full potential. In addition, you will engage and liaise with the apprentices and their employers at their place of work, assisting apprentices with their competency in the work place and relating this back to their qualification as evidence.

Your duties will include creating engaging lessons and lesson plans, monitoring and updating apprentice progress, putting in place any support mechanisms that maybe required.  You will also be expected to carry out 1:1 reviews with the apprentice, and ensure targets are achieved.  It will be important to build relationships with apprentices and employers alike, ensuring strong and positive lines of communication.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of delivering and assessing on apprenticeship programmes enabling them to verify apprentice work on our IT programmes. You should have relevant experience and competence within the industry and a Verifier qualification is advantageous (V1/IQA). Candidates must have CISCO and Microsoft MCSE or be MCSA certified or have the equivalent experience. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and be able to work either as an individual or as part of a team.
