An opportunity has arisen within our high-performing LLN team. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals with a proven record of engaging adult learners.

This position is a 0.8fte fixed term contract due to end in December 2019.

The School of Language, Literacy and Numeracy are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified ESOL tutor to join our outstanding teaching team.

You will teach within our ESOL provision and preferably have the potential to teach across all levels. Our LLN provision includes college based courses, during the day and evenings, from pre-entry to Level 2 qualifications. You will have the opportunity to teach across levels and develop your skills. This role would suit someone with an understanding of adult learners and the ability to deliver innovative learning opportunities to meet their needs.

The teaching hours we are currently looking to fill would start as soon as possible.

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and have a desire to work with adult learners. FE or community teaching experience and a formal teaching qualification is desirable, although if you are willing to obtain your teacher training qualifications, we would also like to hear from you.

The successful applicant will need to be available to work across all our campuses.

The successful candidate will join the School of Language, Literacy and Numeracy reporting to the Head of School, Afsha Khan.
