Keeping children safe - support the safeguarding, protection and welfare of children from birth to 7 years

Communication - explore verbal and non-verbal communication with young children under the age of five

Valuing children - learn about the different organisations that exist to promote the rights of children

Creative activities for children - learn how creative activities benefit the child in supporting their skills and stage of development whilst being aware of the risks involved for the young child in relation to health and safety
Alongside your course you’ll study English and maths and take part in GAP work placements to develop your skills and confidence.
