If you are 14-16 years old and have a passion for cooking, our Young Chefs Academy is perfect for you! We’ll get you started in our professional training kitchens, helping you to learn a variety of dishes with this six-week programme.

  • Future Prospects

    After completing the Young Chefs Academy, you can go on to study the full-time Level 1 Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery at the age of 16 or join one of our Apprenticeship programmes.
