A Valentine style introduction to the art of chocolate making from fresh truffles, filled moulded chocolates and lollipops. Join our Chocolatier Vanessa Munroe and learn to use dark, milk and white chocolate to make the chocolate creations of your dreams.

Entry Criteria
There are no formal entry requirements for this course but a passion for chocolate is great!
Our part-time provision is designed primarily for adult students, aged 19 and over. Students aged 16 to 18 may be allowed to enrol on the course at the discretion of the Head of Admissions and Head of School. If you have any queries please contact our admissions team on 01923 812345. -

Introduction to White, Milk and Dark Chocolate

How to temper using microwave and bain-marie

Truffles (ganache, dipped and rolled)

Filled moulded chocolates (salted caramel – premade)

100g bar of chocolate decorated

40g bars of chocolate with inclusions

Chocolate lollipops using transfer sheets

All with a Valentine style
