  • Entry Criteria

    Due to the broad range of dishes covered in this course, students applying must already be working within the industry to at least an NVQ Level 2 standard.

    Prospective students will need to have completed NVQ Levels 1 and 2 in Professional Cookery or a City & Guilds equivalent.

    • Establish and develop positive working relationships in hospitality

    If you are aged 24 and over, your fees for this course will be £3,345. You may be able to apply for a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan from the Government to help with the costs for your course.
