Introduction
Our chef tutor will guide you through a selection of classic dishes from the Caribbean islands.
Students will learn about the rich ingredients, unique flavours and aromas of this cuisine, and be shown how to replicate these flavoursome dishes at home.

Entry Criteria
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Our part-time provision is designed primarily for adult students, aged 19 and over. Students aged 16 to 18 may be allowed to enrol on the course at the discretion of the Head of Admissions and Head of School. If you have any queries please contact our admissions team on 01923 812345. -
What will I study?
Cover dishes from Jamaica, Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada and Trinidad.
Recreate dishes including Rice & Peas, Patties, Jerk, Pelau, Conkie and Bouyon.
Cook with locally sourced ingredients such as Caribbean spices, Ackee, Sweet potato, Breadfruit and Green Bananas.
