You will learn about the rich ingredients, unique flavours and aromas of this cuisine, and be shown how to replicate these flavoursome dishes at home.

Entry Criteria
There is no entry criteria for this course. This course is designed for beginner and intermediate home cooks.
Our part-time provision is designed primarily for adult students, aged 19 and over. Students aged 16 to 18 may be allowed to enrol on the course at the discretion of the Head of Admissions and Head of School. If you have any queries please contact our admissions team on 01923 812345. -
What will I study?
Cover dishes from Thailand, China, Cambodia, Vietnam and Malaysia
Recreate dishes including Massaman Curry, Crispy Aromatic Duck, Beef Redang, Khmer Chicken, Sates, Spring Rolls, Bang Bang, Laksa and Pad Thai
Cooking with ingredients such as Beef, Duck, Chicken, Prawns, Noodles and Rice, Banana Leaves, Coconut, Mango & Tamarind.
