Entry Criteria
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Our part-time provision is designed primarily for adult students, aged 19 and over. Students aged 16 to 18 may be allowed to enrol on the course at the discretion of the Head of Admissions and Head of School. If you have any queries please contact our admissions team on 01923 812345. -
What will I study?
You will also learn a variety of ways to practice wellbeing and mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety. The course provides effective ways to achieve a balanced diet helping you to stay healthy. It will give you an opportunity to develop a better understanding of the effect different foods can have on your mental and physical wellbeing. You will also be shown tools so that you can assess how your current diet could be affecting your health.
A computer or laptop with a camera and microphone and access to the internet are essential.
