Foundation Degree in Business Management with HRM
Introduction
This course is suitable if you have a keen interest in business and human resource management and how it is operated and want to move on to a career which may lead to exemptions from professional examinations in order to obtain industry-standard professional qualifications.
This course can be studied full and part time.

Entry Criteria
48 or more UCAS points which must be made up of at least one full GCE A level (A2), a BTEC National Diploma/Certificate or equivalent. You will also need GCSE C/4 in English and D/3 in maths, or L2 Functional Skills or equivalent.

What will I study?
If you’re interested in a career in HR, this two-year course is the perfect choice, as it will give you a good general understanding of business organisations and their main processes.
You will acquire an excellent grounding in general business practices before going on to look in more detail at the human resources function within business organisations.

What can I do next?
Your Foundation degree is a standalone qualification that allows you to enter the world of work. Past students have specialised in an academic or professional career, or taken jobs in finance, law, IT and other areas. If you’d like to continue your studies, the majority of our students progress to the second or final year at university to achieve a BA(Hons).
