Our Food Academy students learn their trade in our fully-functioning restaurant – open to the public for lunch and evening dining several days a week the Restaurant offers our students the perfect platform to get straight into this booming industry.
There are also several training kitchens to help our students focus on specialist skills and get ready for work. Last year 96% of students in this area went straight in to relevant employment.
