Job description Person specification

The Admissions and Administration teams provide front-line customer service to a wide range of audiences including students, parents/carers, employers, tutors and other key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Admissions and Administration Coordinator to deliver a timely and outstanding service to customers and service users across the organisation.

To succeed in this post, you will need to have demonstrable experience and skills in:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Working in an administrative, clerical or secretarial capacity
  • Managing large volumes of data with rigorous attention to detail
  • Responding quickly to shifting priorities

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a number of key administrative tasks that shift across the academic year, therefore it is important that you are experienced in working on multiple projects and juggling tasks.

We’re looking for someone with a great approach to teamwork and a friendly style who can work closely with colleagues as well as independently on specific tasks.

You will need to be enthusiastic about education and working with young people. If you have experience working with ProSolution and the rest of the Pro Suite then that’s fantastic, but we’ll provide full training for those who haven’t.

The successful candidate will be a fast learner with excellent attention to detail. Full training will be given; however, a strong level of IT skills is essential.

This is a full-time post working 37 hours a week during weekdays with some requirement to support open days and evening events throughout the year. This post will be based at our Watford campus.

The closing date for applications is Monday 3rd November 2025. The successful candidate will join the team from January 2026.
