Policies and standards
West Herts College has a number of policies and standards to ensure the best
possible experience for our staff and students.
We are fully committed to ensuring equal opportunities and the active promotion
of diversity for all our learners, customers and employees. We have worked with
a range of stakeholders to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant
legislations, including the recent Disability and Gender Equality Duties.
Our current equality and diversity polices are under review. We are working
towards developing a Single Equality Scheme and Action Plan with support of the
