Parent and Student surveys
We value feedback from our learners in order to help us achieve our goal
of delivering a rewarding College experience. In order to do this, we
regularly survey the thoughts of the people who at the heart of what we
do our students and their parents.
During the course of each academic year we ask our students to complete a
student satisfaction survey, and we also ask parents or guardians to give
their views and opinions on the West Herts College experience.
The Student First Impressions Survey enables the College to monitor the
initial impressions of learners following their enrolment, induction and
first experiences on their course.
We are also committed to working in a positive way with parents and
guardians to support learner success. Our annual Parent Survey provides
information on a number of key topics and enables us to gather feedback in
order to improve the quality of our provision.
The results of both surveys enable us to establish clear performance
information and to identify our strengths and areas for improvement.
