Learning resources
Each campus has a well-stocked Learning Resource Centre for use by all
our students with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always happy to
help.
Each campus Learning Centre specialises in the subjects taught on that
site, offering the resources students need to study and produce
professionally presented work, including:
- The latest computer technology with internet and email access and
industry-standard software
- A wide variety of databases and electronic journals
- Books for lending and reference, plus journals newspapers and
project files
- A virtual library providing subject links to databases and websites,
plus tips on researching for assignments
- A computerised on-line library management system allowing you to
search, reserve and borrow from our catalogue of over 80,000 books
- Catalogues of other Hertfordshire colleges and the University of
Hertfordshire
- Facilities for photocopying, printing, laminating and binding
assignments
