What is Train to Gain?
Train to Gain is a service designed to help
businesses get the training they need to succeed.
The Learning and Skills Council with Government backing and in
collaboration with organisations such as Business Link and Investors
in People have come together across England to promote awareness of
the need to train our workforce to a higher level.
West Herts College deliver Train to Gain NVQs that are fully
funded by the Government. Our assessors visit your staff at work and
there is no time out required for training days.
Our assessors will work with you to:
- Assess your employees existing ability and skills
- Recommend an NVQ to meet your business requirements and your
employees skills set
- Train to Gain NVQs are flexible and designed to fit in with
the needs of your business
How much does it cost?
Train to Gain NVQs are free to eligible employers and staff.
